About Us
Jessica is a licensed physical therapist and experienced dry needling specialist with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati (2010). She began her career in sports medicine and orthopedics, later expanding into general orthopedics with a focus on chronic pain. Jessica completed her first dry needling certification in 2018 after beginning advanced training in 2013.
Over the past decade, Jessica has trained with multiple nationally recognized dry needling institutes, allowing her to bring a diverse and evidence-based approach to patient care. She is also certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy, enhancing athletic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and performance training.
Her additional training includes breathing restoration, myofascial decompression, functional nutrition, 3D movement assessment, IASTM, and sport-specific and CrossFit movement analysis. Jessica integrates these skills into a comprehensive, whole-body treatment style often described as “outside the box.”
By grounding treatment in fundamentals and progressing to advanced movement strategies, Jessica helps patients overcome pain, improve mobility, and return to active, healthy lifestyles—especially those who have struggled to find relief elsewhere.
